In-Set Supersets - Pulldowns to Rows


This exercise is essentially a pulldown, then you hold the bar in place in space at the bottom of that, then you lean back until your back is horizontal, then do what then becomes a horizontal pulling movement similar to a row.

Then you'll come back up to the top in one movement, then repeat the cycle.

They key is to make sure you're doing two separate phases on the pulldown then row.
