One-Arm Gripping Dumbbell Squats to Barbell Squats (normal superset)
This is done as a normal superset where you'll get the reps on a One-Arm Gripping Dumbbell Squat, holding a dumbbell in one hand and using the other hand for balance and to maintain a vertical torso position. Then you'll switch to regular barbell squats for the rest of the set. |
