In-Set Supersets - Knee-Braced Squats to Dumbbell Squats
For this, you'll be alternating reps of Knee-Braced Squats using just bodyweight. These block the legs behind the knees so that the majority of tension happens via knee flexion. Then you'll lean forward and grab two heavy dumbbells to do Dumbbell Squats. This will bring in more glutes to assist with the exercise. |
