In-Set Supersets - Incline Curls to Seated Curls (adjusted setup)
For this setup, you'll start by sitting higher up on the face of the incline bench so that your upper back is hanging over the top end of the bench. This allows you to get your shoulders back and put more of a stretch on the biceps. Then perform an incline curl, then sit upright and perform a seated curl, alternating reps of each. |
