In-Set Supersets - Front Squats to Sissy Squats
To do this one, you'll re-racking the bar after each front squat rep so that you can use that bar as a pivot point to do the sissy squats. When stepping back to do the front squats, only take one step back. It will mean you have a bit of time between reps, but I find doing the sissy squat will help make the quads be the limiting factor in the front squat where normally the core or upper back often is. |
