In-Set Supersets - Chin-Ups to Barbell Rows
With this setup, you'll be releasing your grip on the bars (making it a bit different than the other In-Set Superset exercises). You'll do a chin-up, then reach down and grab the bar for a row, then reach back and do a chin-up. It's not as smooth of a transition but you still get effective work in both vertical and horizontal pulling patterns. |
