In-Set Supersets - Bulgarian Split Squats to Dumbbell Squats


This one will take a bit of balance. You'll be alternating reps between Bulgariaon Split Squats with one leg, then dumbbell squats with both legs, then back to split squats with the other leg.

If your balance isn't great, I would skip this one.
