Cluster Training - Incline Dumbbell Bench Press
For this method, you'll be doing 6 mini-sets of 4 reps, taking 10 seconds rest in between each mini-set. This counts as one Cluster Training set. These will make incline cluster training easier in that you don't have to get the dumbbells back up to your shoulders on every mini-set. |
