Cluster Training - Hatfield Squats


For this method, you'll be doing 6 mini-sets of 4 reps, taking 10 seconds rest in between each mini-set. This counts as one Cluster Training set.

To do this exercise, you'll need a safety squat bar so that you can go hands-free on the bar and grab onto the frame of the rack while doing the exercise.
