Cluster Training - Flat Dumbbell Bench Press


For this method, you'll be doing 6 mini-sets of 4 reps, taking 10 seconds rest in between each mini-set. This counts as one Cluster Training set.

In between mini-sets, rest the dumbbells on your thighs so that you're not wasting time and energy picking them up off the floor each time.
