Cluster Training - Curls (regular speed)
For this method, you'll be doing 6 mini-sets of 4 reps, taking 10 seconds rest in between each mini-set. This counts as one Cluster Training set. I've shown the full set at regular speed here so you can get an idea of how fast the reps should be done (don't blast through them as fast as you can...we want quality reps here). |
