Cluster Training - Barbell Squats
For this method, you'll be doing 6 mini-sets of 4 reps, taking 10 seconds rest in between each mini-set. This counts as one Cluster Training set. Start getting back under the bar with about 3-4 seconds left on your rest, otherwise it means you're taking 15 seconds rest in between mini-sets. |
