Cluster Training - Barbell Bench Press (regular speed)
For this method, you'll be doing 6 mini-sets of 4 reps, taking 10 seconds rest in between each mini-set. This counts as one Cluster Training set. I recommend staying in position on the bench until your rest is up so you don't waste time getting back into position. I show the full Cluster set at regular speed here. |
