Lactic Acid Training - Reverse Alternating Dumbbell Shoulder Press
This exercise is done holding one dumbbell at the top while lowering and pressing the other dumbbell. I've found this to be extemely effective for getting more reps in the exercise. I'm also using a preacher bench facing backwards to support the back instead of a straight back bench. This setup is much more effective for shoulder pressing just in general. |
