Lactic Acid Training - One-Arm Gripping Dumbbell Squats


Set the bar to about chest level and, if you can, use two dumbbells for each weight rather than shifting one to the other side when you switch grips.

I recommend switching hands every 10 reps on the first set when you first start the set, then reducing the reps on each side as you go to try and keep it even as best you can.

On the lighter sets, start with switching hands every 5 reps.

Don't come up to full lockout.
