Lactic Acid Training - Flat Barbell Bench Press


Load the bar with your light weight first, THEN add the other plates to bring it up to your first set weight. This makes changing the weight much faster when you go to reduce it.

Don't bounce the bar off your chest, even when trying to do fast reps. Also, don't jam the bar into the top fully locked out position. Keep a little bend in the elbows at the top.
