Lactic Acid Training - Chest-Supported Dumbbell Rows


When doing this one for lactic acid training, don't let the shoulders stretch forward at the bottom (like you would potentially do when performing normal sets). We want faster reps to force that build up of lactic acid.

Have the lighter dumbbells nearby so they're ready to go after you've done your first set.
