Lactic Acid Training - Bodyweight Tricep Extensions
To change the resistance level on this exercise, you can either move the bar that your hands are on up and/or you can move your feet closer to the bar. Both of these methods will adjust resistance. Do this one under control - no bouncing. Keep your elbows tucked in and pointing down as best you can - don't let them flare out. This will help keep the tension on the triceps. |
