Lactic Acid Training - Barbell Rows
When loading this exercise, start by putting the lighter weight on the bar, THEN put your starting weight on the bar by adding plates to that lighter weight. This will allow you to save time when unloading after the first set. I prefer the wider, overhand grip for these but you can also do underhand rows. Try to maintain a relatively stable upper body position without bouncing up and down too much. Because you're trying to crank out reps, there will be a tendency to move the upper body. |
