Metabolic Monster - Single Barbell Rack Attack


This circuit uses a barbell (same weight for each exercise), a rack and a benc, making it simple to set up and perform, with very little equipment required.

Exercise #1 - Power Hang Cleans - 4-6 reps
Exercise Between Every Exercise - Bottom Start Zercher Squats - 5-10 reps
Exercise #2 - Shifting Grip Barbell Bench Press - In and Out
Exercise Between Every Exercise - Bottom Start Zercher Squats - 5-10 reps
Exercise #3 - Snatch Grip Barbell Rows - 6-8 reps
Exercise Between Every Exercise - Bottom Start Zercher Squats - 5-10 reps
Exercise #4 - Barbell Split Squats - 4-6 reps each leg
Exercise Between Every Exercise - Bottom Start Zercher Squats - 5-10 reps
