What Exercises Work the Lower Body Besides Lunges?
Question:
What exercise can I do to work out my lower body besides lunges? I have bad knees so lunges hurt.
Answer: It's not uncommon for knees to hurt with Lunges. Squats are a good alternative, though those may give you trouble as well. One-Arm Gripping Dumbbell Squats are one of my favorite thigh exercises as well.
For training the glutes without any knee involvement, one legged glute deadlifts are perfect. |
