As
developer of this program I, too, struggled with muscle

Superhuman Strength and Muscle on YOU...
Chapter 1 - Incremental Training
Incremental training
is the foundation of the program. Look if you want a realistic
way to get continually stronger without doing some ridiculouss
"eastern European, super secret, top shelf , functional
training program" then incremental training is the best
way to get it done. For those of us who have Jobs and families
and aren't on 'roids we need a simple yet effective way to build
strength and this is it.
Chapter 2 - Cycle Training
Cycle training is
the grease that keeps the wheels moving. In order to make continual
progress you need continual change and cycle training does this.
You may be thinking how can I make continual change and make
any progress? That's because cycle training makes gradual changes
that make a smooth transition from one change to the next and
at the start of each cycle you get a big boost of testosterone
which is the grease that keeps the gains coming.
Chapter 3 - Partial Reps
Partial rep training
is the key to super human performance. Partials allow you to
use more weight than what you normally can do which makes handling
big weights for full range easier. When I added partials to
my program I gained 15 Lbs of muscle and 50 Lbs on my squat
in a month. Plus it strengthens connective tissue which healed
my joint problems. If a house is built on sand it will fall
but if it's built on a rock it will stand. Your connective tissues
are your rock and partials will harden them.
Chapter 4 - Powerphase Training
For those who are
hardcore and want impressive gains fast then Powerphase training
is for you. This type of training causes temporary overtraining
that when you return to normal training you will give you a
supercompensation effect that will explode your strength and
