print-on-demand, your order is created when your order it!
Printed books and CD-ROMs take approximately 3 to 5 business
days to complete, then they will be shipped directly to the
address you specify.
When you click on
the order link for either the hard copy or CD version of the
book below, you'll be taken to the Lulu.com site to order directly
through their system. The order process is straightforward but
I've laid it all out here for you, so you know what to expect.

When you get
to the product page, click the "Add to Cart"
button on the right hand side of the page. |

On the next
page, you will be asked to sign up for a FREE account
with Lulu.com. This is done so you can access tracking
and any fulfillment updates on your purchase as it goes
through the printing and shipping process. |

After your
complete the sign-in, you will see a view of your Shopping
Cart. Review this to make sure your order is correct.
If it is correct, click the "Checkout >>"
button on the right-hand side. I do have other books on
the site, too! Feel free to browse around and pick up
any others you might be interested in. Your shopping cart
will be saved in memory. |

After this,
you will be asked to fill in your shipping and billing
information. |

When you've
finalized everything, click the "Place Order"
button on the bottom-right. You're all set! You'll receive
an email receipt for your order and you will also be notified
via email when your order ships (along with tracking info
on the package). |
