Why was my credit card turned down when I went to purchase?

Solution The credit card processing company we use is called Clickank and, as they have told me, when a normally-good card is turned down it can be for several reasons.

1. The card is being used at a location too far away from the billing address. This is a safeguard meant to prevent stolen numbers from being used.

2. The system is just so secure that sometimes it happens that perfectly good cards are turned down.

Don't worry, though! We do have an alternate payment system available. Just put in a support ticket letting us know which book or books you'd like to order and we'll send you the purchase link!
