Secret Training Tip #6451 -Dumbell Whip-Arounds For Explosive Core Power

The following information is a supplement to the article entitled "Secret Training Tip #6451 - Dumbell Whip-Arounds For Explosive Core Power" found in BetterU News, Issue #61. For information on how to perform the exercise, read the full article now!


Start position - dumbell at side.


Rotate back around to the right - keep knees bent.

Swing/whip the dumbell around in front in an explosive fashion.

Half-way point - at this point, your other hand is "catching" the dumbell.


The last position - full deceleration using the other hand.


After a full set of 4 to 6 reps on one side, switch to the other side.
