The following information is a supplement to the article entitled "Secret Training Tip #665- The Cure For Stubborn Shoulders...The Two-Phase Barbell Shoulder Press" found in Issue #51 of BetterU News. Basically, you're going to perform a full set of standing barbell shoulder presses to failure. When you can't do any more full range reps, you're going to immediately drop to your knees then keep going in on the top, partial range of the exercise where your body is biomechanically stronger.
