The following information is a supplement to the article entitled "Training The Stretch - A Stretch Position Superset That Will Pile On Muscle" found in Issue #46 of BetterU News. The videos on this page demonstrate a sample (for chest) of how the Pre-Post Exhaust Stretch Superset is performed.

The exercises used are the bottom range of the dumbell flye on the Swiss ball and bodyweight dips.

This is the first and third section of the Stretch Superset - When you do it first, it's Pre-Exhaust. When you finish with it after the middle portion, it's Post-Exhaust. It's a VERY short range of motion, concentrating only on the stretched position.

This is the middle portion of the Stretch Superset - It's a continuous tension, middle range set of bodyweight dips for the chest. You never go all the way down and never come all the way. This gives the muscles NO break.
