How To Do It:

Cable Cross-Over Machine Adductions For Inner Thighs - start Cable Cross-Over Machine Adductions For Inner Thighs - finish
This is the start position, sitting on the ball, with the forearms against the insides of the knees. This is the end position, with the forearms pressed together atht top. Squeeze hard and hold!
Cable Cross-Over Machine Adductions For Inner Thighs - start Cable Cross-Over Machine Adductions For Inner Thighs - finish
Same positions but with a closer in view of how to hold your arms. Press your forearms and hands together at the top. Use your chest muscles to spot yourself if you need help.

 

Seated Cable Adductions

Cable Cross-Over Machine Abductions For Outer Thighs Cable Cross-Over Machine Abductions For Outer Thighs
These are done one leg at a time. Place the same side arm against the outside of the same side leg. Move it outwards against the cable resistance.
