Flexed Arm Hang Flexed Arm Hang
These pictures demonstrate the body position for the Flexed Arm Hang. Keep your body as vertical as possible and keep your forehead close to the bar. Squeeze your biceps hard and hold yourself in that position for as long as possible. Fight gravity all the way down until you can't even hold yourself on the bar anymore!
