For most people, getting started is the hardest part of exercising. There are so many reasons for not starting an exercise program:

  • Family, friends and work obligations
  • Don't have time
  • Don't know where to start

If any of the above sounds like you, don't worry: you're not alone. We are here to help.

While only you can make the time to exercise, at BetterU, Inc. we can help you to know what you are doing, when you need to do it and why you are doing it.

Here are the steps you can follow to start you on your way.

1. Learn about what you need to know in order to start exercising. Go to the Things You Need To Know page and read and understand it.
2. Learn about what you don't need to know about exercising. Go to the Things You Don't Need To Know page and read and understand it.
3. Learn some exercises and stretches that you can do to get started. Go to the Exercises and Stretches pages and practice a few of the things shown.
4. Learn some Basic Nutrition principles and how to use them in your everyday life.
5. Go to the Putting It All Together page and follow the directions to building a better you.
